The fine print
Each Santa Call covers one phone call for up to four children on a single line, lasting roughly two minutes per child.
The optional Call Recording add-on is delivered by email after the call. A transcript of the call is included free with every order.
If Santa can't reach you
All sales are final. However, if a call cannot be completed because of a problem on our end, or Santa cannot connect after his retry attempt, we will either schedule another call or issue a refund, at our discretion.
If anything comes up, simply contact us and we'll make it right.
