We only ask for the details Santa needs to make the call feel personal — names, ages, interests, your elf's name, and a contact number for the call itself.

Your information is used solely to deliver your Santa Call and the related transcript or recording you requested. It is not sold or shared for advertising.

After Christmas, the personal details you shared for the call are cleared from our records.

Gift details you provide (recipient name, email, and phone) are used only to deliver the gift and the intake link to the family.
